Help Leonardo light the fire and prepare the typical Trentino polenta following the historical recipe of granny Oliva. And afterwards…everyone at the table! Enjoy traditional flavours combined with excellent products and mulled wine from the agricultural farm. And finally, a tasty slice of homemade strudel. At the end of the activity Leonardo will take you back with the warm light of lanterns.

Leonardo will teach you all the secrets passed down by Grandma Oliva to prepare excellent polenta, which you will then savor in front of a warm fireplace. While dinner is being prepared, the little ones can get to know the animals on the farm up close.

WHO ARE WE

The Toffe Farm is located at 800 meters above sea level and is run by Leonardo, a young farmer with a passion for the mountains. Since childhood, he has dedicated his life to cultivating small fruits, doing so in the most natural way possible. At the farm, Leonardo produces delicious jams, fruit juices, cheeses, cold cuts, and honey.

WHAT WE SUPPLY

A typical Trentino dinner featuring polenta accompanied by local cold cuts, cheeses, and a warm cup of mulled wine or apple juice.
While waiting for dinner, the little ones can get to know the farm animals.
Return with lanterns.

EQUIPMENT/CLOTHING

We recommend wearing comfortable winter boots, heavy winter clothing, and if possible, bring a flashlight with you. Alternatively, one will be provided during the experience.

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER

In case of rain, the meeting time is at 5:30 PM. There will be the opportunity to carry out the mulled wine tasting, the preparation of polenta, and dinner inside the historic cellar located in the village of Presson, without excursion and visit to the farm.
