NestAlp Malga Campo is an agritourism which is located into Peio Valley, on the Trentino side of Stelvio National Park, at the height ofFarmhouse Inn in Pejo (title by Feratel)
Malga Campo Nestalp is a farmhouse inn located in Val di Pejo, at 1,979 metres above sea level. Surrounded by the living nature of the Stelvio National Park, the mountain dairy is surrounded by meadows, woods, mountains and trails, which offer interesting stimuli for excursions on foot or by mountain bike.
The facility has 6 rooms and a restaurant, which can serve up to 30 people at both lunch and dinner. The rooms tastefully combine tradition and design, thanks to furniture that echoes Trentino style, also because of the use of natural materials from the area, like larch wood. The names of the rooms are those of the animals that live in the surrounding forests.
Malga Campo Nestalp has all the characteristics of a traditional mountain dairy, with a bovine pasture, a pig farm, and the production and sale of dairy products, like butter, ricotta, or Casolét. This is why the kitchen relies heavily on the genuine nature of the products, many of which are 0 Km products or made directly at the mountain dairy, like the fresh milk or ricotta. It is also worth trying the cold meats, the jam, and the homemade cakes.
On warm days you can sit on the panoramic terrace with a splendid view of the surrounding mountains or, for a special evening, you can choose a romantic dinner by candlelight in the old mountain dairy.
