If you fly into Bergamo Orio al Serio airport, it is easy to get to Val di Sole at any time of year thanks to the bus service that connects Orio al Serio with Ponte di Legno and the Tonale Pass. This service provides several buses a day, both during the week and on weekends and holidays, to Ponte di Legno and some through to the Tonale Pass, with a journey time of about 3 hours. The route is Sesto San Giovanni - Bergamo Orio al Serio - Darfo Boario - Edolo - Ponte di Legno - Tonale Pass.
