In this traditional dairy, dating back to 1858, an exhibition has been installed where it is possible to see tools that were was once used to produce dairy products. It provides an invaluable historical record of culture in Val di Rabbi, clearly illustrating the social and economic framework of Alpine communities. The exhibition preserves the peculiarities of the old dairy farm, illustrating the traditional tools and techniques of the milk-butter-cheese processing cycle. A large fireplace and cauldrons - the symbols of the museum - form the entrance hall's centrepiece: info panels and images illustrate the milk processing stages. The adjoining exhibition room is dedicated to the tools and furnishings found in the past.
