BoscoDerniga is a natural oasis right in the Adamello Presanella forests. It is located near the old town centre of Ossana. Visitors can reach it through a pleasant walk in the wood, starting from S. Michele's Castle, or walking from Valpiana on a path that is also ideal for bikers and strollers. This former nursery garden has been transformed into an interactive botanical garden of experiences, where guests can discover the secrets of the alpine forests and their beauty.
Interactive games and information panels will make this both a fun and educational experience... take your time and smell the flowers, taste the aromatic herbs, try the water from the mountain spring, listen to the sounds of the forest. A great place for families to enjoy the simple pleasures of nature all together: fresh water from the spring and picnic tables make it ideal for families and children.
The garden is always open and the entrance is free.
