ENJOY NATURE IN TOTAL TRANQUILLITY
Silence and splendid landscapes
A land that typically preserves its traditions, its cultural heritage and all its different kinds of scenery, Val di Rabbi is the ideal place for simple walks among the masi and historic dwellings, right up to the malghe in the high mountains. The «maso» is the quintessence of traditional buildings in these mountains, built entirely out of wood and stones. In the past, they served the dual purpose of home and farm for the local inhabitants. Today they are a true symbol of real history. Wonderful to look at, masi can be found throughout the valley, and they are also a feature in special guided excursions organised by the Stelvio National Park.
