Description

From April 25th to May 4th 2025 take part in the delicious Zicoria FestiVal di Sole in Val di Rabbi. 2 weekends filled with activities and workshops to discover all the secrets behind these special mountain herbs.

Interesting guided outings in the Stelvio National Park to see the awakening of nature in the forest
Unique cooking workshops to learn how to prepare spring recipes inspired by rural traditions
Samplings of alpine dairy cheese paired with dandelion greens
Special dinners to discover the rich flavour of this plant and its health benefits
