Winter brings a special atmosphere to Casa del Sole and the entire valley. You’ll want to discover the beauty of nature but you’ll also want to enjoy the peaceful, warm and cosy setting of a home. All those who love skiing or going on wintry walks in nature will enjoy perfect snow covered slopes and equipped walking routes which can be easily reached by taking the lifts in Daolasa that are located just a few kilometres from the town of Monclassico, reachable with the local Dolomiti Express train or the ski bus service. Winter is the perfect season to spend some quality time with family and friends, to relax with a good book in our library located in the home’s attic or to enjoy a cup of mulled wine in our “Stubn” (a characteristic room made entirely of stones) located on the ground floor as you taste some homemade cookies. Christmas and New Year’s Eve are always festive and joyous moments during which it is also possible to celebrate all together. During the holidays, you can also participate in numerous cultural events, concerts, performances and exhibits that are organized in the valley for the entire family that will definitely make your winter vacation in Val di Sole a truly special time.
The price includes: water and electricity consumption, heating, cutlery and flatware, covers, pillows, crib, high chair, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, toaster, microwave, TV, ski-rooom.
EXTRA MANDATORY FEES MUST BE PAID AT CHECK-IN:
In spring and autumn when heating is off, it is possibile to turn it on with an extra surcharge of 15,00€ per day per apartment.
The tourist tax is an amount of 1,00 € per person per night that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
Bed and bath linen: bed linen and towels available on request (1 bath and 1 hand towel) per person with a € 15,00 fee, kitchen linen provided free of charge on request.
Pets: Small and medium pets are allowed with a 3 € per day.
Deposit: A 100€ deposit will be requested upon your arrival.
