RESIDENCE ALBARE' in Marilleva 1400, is located in the heart of Val di Sole, among the massifs of the Brenta Dolomites, Cevedale, Adamello-Presanella, in a sunny valley full of fir forests, streams and alpine lakes.The structure is organized with a shopping center (minimarket, shops, laundromat, souvenir boutique, games room, children's room). A few meters away you will find pub, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, church). From the Residence, paths that allow you to reach magnificent alpine lakes.

To be paid on site upon arrival:

All apartments are equipped with an equipped kitchenette, fridge, oven, TV, bathroom with bath or shower, blankets, pillows. A reserved outdoor parking space and ski box in a special ski room in winter.
To be paid upon arrival: security deposit in cash € 150 (refundable at the end of the stay after inspection apartment - € 200 during the New Year); final cleaning € 65 (except cooking corner, pots and pans - to the client's care).
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay. €1 per person per night (maximum for 10 nights) exept children under 14 years.
On request: bed linen (€12 per person); bath linen (€8 per person); kitchen linen not available; it is possible to provide directly by bringing bath/bed/kitchen linen from home; small/medium sized pets allowed on request with supplement.
