The distribution of the Val di Sole Guest Card to guests is managed by the accommodation providers, preferably at the time of booking. Each card has a unique code (QR code) recognized by affiliated service providers for service usage and validity checks (card type, period, number of people, issuing establishment). The Val di Sole Guest Card is personal, non-transferable, but can be shared. It is also designed to extend the validity of the offers to minor family members vacationing with you, thanks to the specific Family formula (1 paying adult: 1 child free).
How to activate it? You will receive an email with the code for your Guest Card to associate with the Mio Trentino App (Android and iOS) to take advantage of all the benefits reserved for you: directly from your smartphone, you can view informational sheets, access museums and services with the digital card, book visits, use local public transport, view activities you've done, and leave feedback. Can it be shared? Yes, it can be shared with other adults included in the reservation and on the same Guest Card. The user who first associates and activates the card on the Mio Trentino APP must consent to the sharing. Minors can use the services of the card if accompanied by at least one adult.
