WHAT WE SUPPLY

Here’s the program for your morning:

  • 8:30 AM: Welcome with alpine herbal tea and red fruits, along with a disconnection ritual where you’ll hand over your phone to experience authenticity.
  • 8:40 - 9:10 AM: Mindful walk through the sounds and scents of nature with a moment of active listening to the sounds around you. Following this, a Kneipp path in the stream to awaken circulation and your body at a slow pace.
  • 9:10 - 9:50 AM: Mindfulness picking to select the ripest fruits and savor their sweet taste, paying attention to their flavor details and texture.
  • 9:50 - 10:20 AM: Field aperitif with high-quality local products and freshly picked berries, all accompanied by the melody that helps plants grow and will help you relax.
  • 10:20 - 11:00 AM: Final closing ritual to share your thoughts about the experience and receive the "Decalogue of the Here and Now" to learn how to slow down even in your daily life.

At the end of the experience, you’ll be given a bag of small fruits and a postcard with an inspirational thought.

MEETING POINT

The meeting point for the experience is the Malè Ice Stadium. From here, the walk along the banks of the Noce River will begin.

EQUIPMENT/CLOTHING

We recommend wearing hiking boots and sporting clothes.
