Do you want to experience the most beautiful scenery in front of the Brenta Dolomites? There are 3 main characters: the sun, the mountains and your emotions... Hike to the top with Roberto, our guide and observe the colors of the sunset. At Rifugio Orso Bruno a tasty aperitivo with the traditional “Tortei de patate”.

THINGS TO KNOW

Enjoy an easy hike to the Orso Bruno mountain hut along the Sentiero dei Pastori (‘Shepherds’ Trail’), a route historically used by the shepherds when moving their cattle from their pastures to the alpine meadows. Along the way you’ll find a biotope with a scenic spot offering wide-open views of the Ortles-Cevedale mountain group.

This activity is organized by the Commezzadura Pro Loco (Tourism Board) with Roberto Ercoli, a medium mountain guide whose exciting tales will make the experience even more thrilling.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Guided walk to Rifugio Orso Bruno where a tasty aperitivo with sliced potato tortei and local cheeses awaits you.

SUITABLE FOR

Activity suitable for everyone.
Not accessible for families with a strolley.
You need to be reasonably fit. The maximum climb is 350 metres. The walk is along a path and forest track.

EQUIPMENT/CLOTHING

Wear walking shoes and carry a rainproof cape or a K-Way with you, a warm pullover, water and a headlamp.

COMMEZZADURA - Mestriago Information Office
You can reach the meeting point in your own car. You’ll need your own transportation to reach Malga Panciana. You’ll walk to the Orso Bruno hut from there.

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER

If it rains, the activity will be cancelled.
