Booking
Route:
The event includes the ascent to the Doss dei Gembri Refuge, with a mass start from Peio Fonti at 7:00 PM (approximately 6 km – 1,000 m elevation gain). The ascent route will be determined based on snow conditions. The return will, as usual, follow the Gembri and Tarlenta slopes.
Participants:
The event is open to male and female competitors equipped with ski mountaineering skis with climbing skins, a headlamp or torch. It is recommended to carry a backpack with essential spare clothing and technical equipment, and the use of a helmet. Cross-country skis or trekking skis are not allowed. Minors must have parental authorization.

Registrations can be made for organizational reasons:

At the Pejo Fonti Tourist Information Office or at the Pejo 3000 Consortium office in Cogolo (hours 09:00–12:00 / 16:00–18:00) with simultaneous payment of €36.00;

Via the online registration form with simultaneous payment of €36.00. Multiple registrations and payments are possible. Name, surname, year of birth, group affiliation, email, and phone number will be requested.

Registrations will be closed upon reaching the maximum of 1,100 competitors.

In case of non-participation, the entry fee will not be refunded, but registrants will still have the right to collect the race kit, even after the event.
Bib and race kit collection:
On the day of the event, starting from 5:00 PM at the cable car garage.
Dinner:
At the end of the event, dinner will be served at mountain huts, restaurants, and pizzerias.
Ranking and awards:
The awards ceremony will take place at the Peio Fonti Thermal Center Theater around 11:00 PM. Competitors will be divided by gender. The top 10 male and top 10 female finishers will be awarded.

Special ranking: Under 18 (born from 1 January 2006 onwards), with the Carletto Canella Trophy.

Groups: The 10 largest groups will be awarded the “10° Memorial Roberto Casanova” Trophy to the largest group.

Age awards: The youngest and oldest participants (male and female) will also be recognized.
All participants will receive a race kit (sweatshirt) as a souvenir of the event.
Prize draw:
During the awards ceremony, numerous prizes will be drawn among competitors. All prizes (except the last one) can be collected immediately, even by someone other than the winner. The last prize will only be awarded if the winner is present.
List of participants and results:
Will be published on www.visitvaldipejo.it and www.satpeio.it.
Cancellation:
If the event is canceled, the entry fee will not be refunded, but registrants will still have the right to collect the race kit.
Liability:
By registering, participants release the organizers from all civil and criminal liability for any damage to people or property that may occur before, during, or after the event. The Organizing Committee declares that it has taken out civil liability insurance for risks arising from the event.
