Relaxing and pleasant walk in Valpiana, an enchanted valley.
Following the road that climbs up from the village of Ossana, you cannot imagine what awaits you at the entrance to Valpiana. Prepare to witness the beauty of this valley, suspended perpendicularly to the Val di Sole: green pastures, fresh waters and rocky cliffs will leave you speechless.
Set off and contemplate the beauty of this place because it is really worth it. The path will lead you into a broadleaf forest, which develops at the base of high cliffs and also hides the Sass Pisador waterfall. The Malga is located at the end of the wood, at the upper part of the pasture of this green valley.
This itinerary is part of the One In A Million project.
Here you can participate in an experience of art, connection, and participation that will guide you along the water routes of Val di Sole, and will make you discover how the community of the valley has creatively imagined its vision for the protection of the environment and future generations. Rules for mountain walks:
Following the signs to Malga Valpiana - Sass Pisador Waterfall, you will cross a stretch of green meadows among larches and firs. Continuing along the path, suddenly, almost unexpectedly, the Sass Pisador Waterfall will appear before your eyes. Its current is not among the strongest, but its waters flowing along the rock, together with the surrounding scenery, are a natural spectacle not to be missed.
After admiring it, reach Malga Valpiana, where we suggest a stop to taste its products and enjoy the silence. From here, comfortably return to the starting point.
