The Rifugio Solander is located at the foot of Monte Vigo, in the Folgarida area. The structure is well suited both as a base point and as a destination for hikes starting from the valley floor or from the Malghet Aut intermediate station. Rifugio Solander is closed during summer 2025.

From the hut, take the forest trail that climbs towards Rifugio Solander, Rifugio Orso Bruno, Monte Vigo. Carefully following the trail, you reach Rifugio Solander located at an altitude of 2040m.
