As you can imagine, the passability of routes in a mountain environment is closely linked to current conditions and therefore depends on natural phenomena, environmental changes, and weather conditions. For this reason, the information contained in this sheet may have changed. Before setting off, inquire about the condition of the path by contacting the refuge managers on your route, mountain guides, visitor centers of natural parks, and tourist offices.
From the junction with no-entry sign continue straight ahead.
The road, uphill, goes into the valley of the Rio Pozze and heading north climbs towards the pasture of the hut, beneath Cima Vegaia.
After some hairpin bends you leave the vegetation and reach Baita Pozze at an altitude of 2100m.
Continue straight beyond the junction for Lago Celentino.
The road makes a hairpin bend to the right and then heading north, northeast allows access to the beautiful Malga Pozze, a spectacular panoramic balcony over the Presanella group.
The return is along the ascent route.
Climb along the paved road passing through "Castello" and continue until you reach the Ortisè sign. Turn left, pass near the church and the school and head uphill from the town with the road making a wider loop remaining to the left of the center. Continue along the dirt road that leads to Malga Pozze and park at the no-entry sign at the junction for Malga Pozze – Malga Bronzolo.
