An absolutely unique educational-naturalistic route: 700 steps that lead us to discover over twenty gigantic and spectacular centuries-old larches.
This themed and signposted route tells us about an extraordinary environment, where we find an exceptional concentration of gigantic monumental larches, grown at an altitude of about 1900 meters on rough terrain exposed to the action of atmospheric agents, giving rise to curious and unexpected shapes. The larches have grown among the rocks of a scree in one of the most evocative areas of the Park. The 23 marvelous green giants have been given the protagonist role that usually belongs to animals. With their very particular shapes, they suggest to the visitor how they have grown, at an altitude of about 2000 m, on rough ground exposed to the action of atmospheric agents. To observe them closely, you climb the path where 700 steps have been made by simply arranging stones.
